The P2P file has a separate "NEW PRICE" column When ON, pull the new price from new price column. When OFF, the price will come from Price / Order unit column. Open lead time when a new price exists When ON, any row with a new price > 1 has its lead time set to 1 and is flagged "Open lead time".
